We offer international delivery for the majority of products on our site, meaning you can send your order to 130 countries around the world.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excl. weekends and holidays). Once everything is confirmed and ready to ship, a confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent to you. Orders usually take between 5 and 15 days to be delivered depending on the destination country. These times are accurate for most parcels but there may be delays outside of our control, such as clearance/customs delays or backlog with the shipping carrier or post service.
We are working very closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. However, if more than 21 business days have passed since your order has been shipped and you still have not received your package, please email us at info@skincare-options.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
